Our Registered Office Service gives you two great benefits for the price of one!

Just €20 per month (paid annually in advance): €240 plus VAT

Monthly price (when paid monthly): €40 plus VAT

1. A Professional Business Address

Having a business address helps present a more professional image. Your business will be perceived as being bigger/more substantial which helps open doors when dealing with larger companies. It can also be useful when trying to win business in Dublin if you are based outside of the county or country.  For instance, Dublin customers may be more comfortable doing business with companies who have a Dublin presence themselves.

A professional Business Address costs a fraction of an actual office and there are no hidden fees. You get all the benefits of a prestigious business address without the associated costs or hassle. The main benefit is no crippling overheads in the form of rent / rates / utility charges for office space. We can also offer meeting room hire, daily office hire on a “pay as you go” basis at your address.

Post Mail can be received in your name/company name at our address. Mail received for your attention will be forwarded to you on a daily/weekly basis or held for collection. We will notify you by email when mail arrives. Alternatively, you can drop in and pick up your mail at your 6-9 Trinity Street office anytime between 9am and 5.20pm, Monday to Friday.

2. A Registered Office

The Companies Registration Office(CRO) requires all incorporated companies to have a Registered Office. This is the address of a company to which CRO correspondence and all formal legal notices addressed to the company will be sent. The registered office can be anywhere in the State. The address must be a physical location, not just a post office box number, because people have the right to visit the company’s registered office to inspect certain registers and documents and to deliver documents by hand.
It is vital a company keeps the CRO informed of the location of its registered office address. A company notifies its change of address by sending a completed Form B2 within 14 days of the date of the change. The form may be filed free of charge by completing the web version on www.core.ie.

DSO’s Registered Office service include:

  • Use of 6-9 Trinity Street, Dublin 2 as your Registered Office.
  • Acceptance of service of legal documentation.
  • Immediate forwarding of warning/strike off notices from Companies Registration Office.
  • Holding Statutory Registers, if required (electronically or physically).
